Job Summary

1099 contractor role for a part time marketing assistant focused on planning and executing multichannel campaigns for a real estate/property mgmt context, with heavy emphasis on social, automation, analytics, and cross‑team collaboration.

Workstreams: Campaign planning and execution across social, email, print and digital channels to generate demand.
Channel Ownership: Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter with engagement optimization.
Data & Ops: Leverage marketing automation and Google Analytics to measure results and report insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multichannel marketing campaigns including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and digital initiatives.

Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve demand generation marketing efforts.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.

Must be fluent in English speaking and writting

Requirements

Contract: 1099 independent contractor
Knowledge of real estate to work in property management and help agents
Knowledge of web analytics reporting using Google Analytics or similar platforms
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Must have a car and California driver’s license
