Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Instagram Content Upload Assistant at GoMarble AI. In this role, you will be responsible for uploading and scheduling Instagram posts based on provided content, ensuring accurate captions, hashtags, tags, and links. You will maintain a consistent posting calendar, organize content assets, and follow brand guidelines for format and presentation. You will coordinate with the marketing team to confirm priorities, update status on scheduled posts, and flag any issues or discrepancies. You may also assist with basic performance checks on posts (e.g., reach, engagement) and share simple summaries with the team, following clearly defined processes.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and ensure clear, accurate captions and post details.
• Content Management and Web Content Writing skills to handle Instagram uploads, organize assets, and adapt content for platform-specific requirements.
• Basic Content Strategy awareness to understand posting cadence, audience relevance, and consistent brand presentation on Instagram.
• Familiarity with Instagram’s interface and features (e.g., Reels, Stories, tagging, link-in-bio tools) and comfort working with scheduling tools or social media management platforms.
• High attention to detail, reliable time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience supporting social media or digital marketing teams is a plus, especially in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Ability to work within part-time hours aligned to agreed time zones and respond promptly to messages during designated working times.
