Job Summary

Own the local brand and audience engagement for a dental-practice network by promoting the brand, producing in-office content, and gathering market insights to influence central marketing decisions.

  • Brand & Advocacy: Build local reputation and visibility for the offices with target audiences.
  • Content & Creatives: Capture office photos/videos and publish social-ready content on practice pages.
  • Insights & Feedback: Pull market trends and competitor activity to inform regional and national campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent the practice to its target audience. Their primary responsibility is to build and strengthen the brand's reputation, increase its visibility, and engage with consumers.
  • Promotion and Advocacy: Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the offices and their values.
  • Content Creation: Go to offices and capture photos, videos, review for social media posts that feature the practice. Distribute this content directly on the practice pages and/or submit to the Brand Manager
  • Events and Promotions: Represent the offices at events, trade shows, or other promotional activities. Assist with giveaways and other marketing initiatives.
  • Feedback and Insights: Collaborate with office managers and provide insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the markets and report.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Experience in event coordination and planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
