Job Summary

Own on-site event presence and brand activation across local and regional events, driving messaging, attendee engagement, and measurable lead generation.

  • Events & Activation: Plan and execute marketing events, pop-ups, and brand activations to reach target audiences.
  • On-site Operations: Set up, break down, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Measurement & Alignment: Track attendance, engagement, and leads; report results to align with marketing goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
  • Drive personal vehicle to various event locations (local and regional).
  • Set up, and break down event equipment (e.g., tents, signage, promotional materials).
  • Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically to engage with attendees.
  • Deliver key messaging and product/service information to target audiences.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead generation).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategy with marketing goals.
  • Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure proper care and storage.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on brand messaging and event protocols.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure smooth execution of events.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 of equipment (e.g., tents, tables, promotional items).
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
  • Previous experience in event marketing, brand ambassadorship, or field marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic tech tools for reporting and communication.
  • Willingness to undergo training and meet performance benchmarks.

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in event marketing or related field
  • Background in marketing, communications, or hospitality
  • Experience with CRM tools or event tracking software
