Own the live-event lead gen for a national window-brand program, turning on-site conversations into qualified appointments for design consultants.

Event Presence: engage homeowners at events and home shows to spark real conversations and capture interest.
Lead Qualification: quickly qualify interest and book consultations to feed the sales pipeline.
Brand Representation: maintain consistent premium-brand messaging across all live events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work events and home shows: be present on-site to start conversations with homeowners and move prospects through the funnel.
Engage homeowners and start real conversations: identify needs and capture interest to qualify as a sales-ready lead.
Qualify interest and set appointments: schedule Design Consultant consultations and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
Represent a premium national brand: deliver consistent brand messaging at live events.

Requirements

Strong communicators (sales experience not required)
Coachable, competitive mindset
Weekend availability
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
