Job Summary

Own the website, SEO, landing pages, content, and paid ads for a local design/build shop, turning traffic into leads through conversion-focused optimization.

  • Website & SEO: oversee WordPress updates, on-page SEO, page speed, and rankings to move organic traffic up.
  • Landing Pages & Content: create lead-gen pages and blogs to support branding and inquiries.
  • Paid Media & Conversion: set up Google Ads and optimize for ROI, plus optional Meta ads as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Website & SEO
  • Manage and update our WordPress website
  • Improve SEO (keywords, structure, page speed, rankings)
  • Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation
  • Writing articles and blogs
  • Paid Ads (High Priority)
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (primary focus)
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
  • Manage Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) if needed
  • Content & Branding

Requirements

  • Experience with WordPress (required)
  • Strong understanding of SEO
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEO tools
  • Ability to work in-office and collaborate directly with the team
  • Results-driven mindset (not just posting content)
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or local service marketing

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Basic video editing / ad creative skills
  • Conversion rate optimization experience
