Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate advertising schedules, deadlines, placements, and deliverables.
- Communicate with advertisers and clients regarding artwork, specifications, deadlines, approvals, and other materials needed to fulfill their advertising commitments.
- Collect, organize, and track advertising creative, logos, copy, images, links, and other assets.
- Ensure advertising materials are received on time and meet required specifications.
- Coordinate with internal team members, designers, production partners, and vendors to ensure advertisements are completed and placed correctly.
- Maintain accurate advertising schedules, trackers, client records, and related documentation.
- Proofread advertisements and review materials for accuracy before publication or placement.
- Send reminders and follow up with advertisers regarding outstanding materials, approvals, or information.
- Assist with coordinating digital, print, email, social media, and other advertising placements as applicable.
- Confirm that contracted advertising deliverables have been fulfilled and maintain records of completed placements.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and following up on deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and common office productivity tools.
- Comfortable learning advertising platforms, project-management systems, and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred
- Previous experience in advertising, marketing, publishing, media, client services, project coordination, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
