Paid Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring accurate setup, targeting, tracking, budgets, and creative implementation.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing A/B tests and real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Manage creator allowlisting, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure proper tracking and campaign functionality.
• Stay up to date on platform trends, new ad products, and emerging opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Develop and execute creative testing strategies to identify top-performing content, messaging, and audiences.
• Support social commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop and shoppable ad formats.
• Partner with Senior Managers on budget pacing, campaign performance, and identifying potential risks.
• Analyze performance data, develop actionable insights, and contribute to campaign reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders, proactively addressing needs and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of execution, collaboration, and consistency across campaigns and team workflows.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on paid social experience, with a proven record of contributing to successful campaigns
• Direct experience with major paid social platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager
• Up-to-date knowledge of platform-specific features, products, and best practices
• Working knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ad implementation
• Experience with creator and influencer paid amplification, including Spark Ads and partnership ads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey strategies and insights to a range of stakeholders
• Sharp problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Platform certifications such as Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy a plus
