  • Standout: Experience shaping strategy across creative, analytics, and media teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Search Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive paid search strategies that align with client goals, continuously optimizing performance and ROI.
  • Conduct Research: Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation, utilizing AI tools and analytics to uncover new opportunities.
  • Track Performance: Leverage advanced data analysis to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies in real-time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Test Management: Implement and manage alpha and beta tests for new features in paid search, monitoring industry trends and incorporating best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives by documenting successful campaigns, use cases, and insights from webinars and industry conferences.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the department.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key publisher partners like Google and Bing, advocating for client needs and identifying new advertising opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and forecasts to effectively align with performance goals and client expectations.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating the value of search strategies and identifying future growth areas.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced technology, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python or other programming languages, to improve campaign strategies, enhance content generation, and optimize marketing workflows.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how paid search integrates with overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for industry trends, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and facilitating continuous improvement within the team.
