Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other channels to maximize performance for real estate clients.
• Develop targeting strategies, A/B testing plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta; monitor in real time to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
• Test, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and client strategy, to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
• Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to strategists and clients, translating performance data into actionable strategies.
