Job Summary

Own paid lead generation across Meta and Google, focusing on cost per lead and lead quality while improving ROAS, with a continuous test-and-learn across audiences, creative, and landing pages.

Campaign ownership: plan, launch, and optimise across Meta and Google with budget pacing and higher-intent audiences.
Measurement and reporting: track CPL, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS for clear insights.
Creative and landing page testing: run ongoing experiments on audiences, angles, copy, and page experiences to lift conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
Own the numbers: CPL, lead quality, CPM, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS — and report on them clearly
Run a constant testing programme on audiences, creative angles, copy and landing pages
Work with us on creative direction (we'll share our best-performing ads as a starting point)
Manage budget allocation and pacing across campaigns
Spot opportunities to reach wealthier, higher-intent audiences cost-effectively

Requirements

2+ years running Meta and Google Ads with demonstrable lead-generation results (not just e-commerce or brand)
A track record of reducing CPL while maintaining or improving lead quality — come ready with examples
Strong analytical instincts: comfortable with conversion tracking, pixels, GA4 and attribution
Fluent written and spoken English
Based in Europe and able to work UK business hours
Experience in financial services, investments or pensions is a strong plus — but a brilliant performance marketer who can learn a regulated vertical is just as welcome

Preferred

Experience marketing to high-net-worth or affluent audiences
Awareness of advertising compliance in regulated/financial sectors
Landing page / CRO experience
