Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the paid media investment across search, social, retail media (including Amazon), and emerging channels
• Translate business goals into smart, data-driven media strategies that directly influence revenue and lead generation
• Blend hands-on campaign execution with strategic experimentation to continuously improve full-funnel performance through rigorous analysis, testing, and collaboration
• Use advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to uncover insights and inform decisions
• This position reports to the Sr Mgr, Digital Growth & Loyalty
• Manage paid advertising channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc)
• Oversee retail media network spend in key retailers including Amazon
• Control and optimize a six-figure monthly paid media budget with ROAS and CAC discipline and monitor budget pacing, ensuring efficiency across channels and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Translate marketing goals into actionable media strategies and campaigns that connect directly to revenue and lead outcomes
• Optimize Conversion Funnel KPIs by analyzing the entire funnel, formulating hypotheses and running testing to improve CVR, AOV, Market Basket and other funnel KPIs to drive improved ROAS

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
• 3-5+ years of experience in retail media network marketing
• 3-5+ years of experience creating, implementing and running large scale paid campaigns
• Experience owning the paid media approach and execution for an ecommerce brand
• Experience driving successful lead generation in a B2B environment
• Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and YouTube ads
