Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag trends or opportunities
  • Support campaign testing across creative, copy, audiences, and offers
  • Help organize ad creative and campaign assets
  • Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, leads, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance summaries
  • Identify organic content that could be repurposed for paid ads
  • Collaborate with our content team on ad creative ideas
  • Stay updated on Meta and Google Ads platform changes

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on campaign data
  • Understanding of creative strategy and what makes social ads perform
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Strong communication and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines independently

Preferred

  • Agency or freelance paid media experience is a plus
