Want to take your AV skills on the road and work live events across the world?
We're seeking a motivated Event Management graduate to join our production team this fall for a 10-week paid internship supporting an international tour of digital marketing conferences and exhibitions.
This is not a behind-the-scenes observer roleβyou'll be an active member of the production team, helping deliver live events across multiple countries and major U.S. cities.
π International Tour (4 weeks):
Singapore β’ London β’ Barcelona β’ Amsterdam
π Break
2 weeks back in Los Angeles between the International and USA tour segments.
πΊπΈ USA Tour (6 weeks):
Philadelphia β’ Miami β’ Jacksonville β’ San Antonio β’ Las Vegas β’ Salt Lake City β’ San Diego
This position requires full availability for the tour.
βοΈ Travel Benefits:
We cover: Flights and ground transportation, shared accommodation, daily food allowance, travel insurance.
π΅ Compensation:
$500 USD per week.
π Your Role
This is not an assistant role β you will take ownership of critical onsite operations and team coordination.
You will work directly with:
- Volunteers
- Attendees
- Speakers
- Exhibitors
- Venue staff
- The traveling production team
π― Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Onsite Venue Operations Manager in each city
- Lead and coordinate the onsite volunteer team
- Oversee setup and teardown execution
- Manage speaker, exhibitor, and sponsor logistics
- Liaise with venue operations teams
- Troubleshoot real-time event challenges
- Ensure smooth attendee experience and professional delivery
You will travel with a small, focused production team (3 people total), requiring maturity, autonomy, and strong communication skills.

This role is ideal for a Junior Event Manager or Event Coordinator ready to step up into greater responsibility.

This is suited to someone early in their career who is serious about building long-term expertise in live event operations.
β Requirements
- Must be based in the Los Angeles, California area
- 1β3 years experience in event coordination or event management
- Experience managing volunteers or small teams preferred
- Basic DJ experience a plus
- Valid Passport with ability to travel internationally
- Valid Driver License
- Available from late August through mid-November
- Comfortable with physically active onsite work (setup/teardown)
