Want to take your AV skills on the road and work live events across the world?

We're seeking a motivated Event Management graduate to join our production team this fall for a 10-week paid internship supporting an international tour of digital marketing conferences and exhibitions.

This is not a behind-the-scenes observer role—you'll be an active member of the production team, helping deliver live events across multiple countries and major U.S. cities.

🌎 International Tour (4 weeks):

Singapore • London • Barcelona • Amsterdam

😌 Break

2 weeks back in Los Angeles between the International and USA tour segments.

🇺🇸 USA Tour (6 weeks):

Philadelphia • Miami • Jacksonville • San Antonio • Las Vegas • Salt Lake City • San Diego

This position requires full availability for the tour.

✈️ Travel Benefits:

We cover: Flights and ground transportation, shared accommodation, daily food allowance, travel insurance.

💵 Compensation:

$500 USD per week.

🚀 Your Role

This is not an assistant role — you will take ownership of critical onsite operations and team coordination.

You will work directly with:

• Volunteers
• Attendees
• Speakers
• Exhibitors
• Venue staff
• The traveling production team

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Onsite Venue Operations Manager in each city
• Lead and coordinate the onsite volunteer team
• Oversee setup and teardown execution
• Manage speaker, exhibitor, and sponsor logistics
• Liaise with venue operations teams
• Troubleshoot real-time event challenges
• Ensure smooth attendee experience and professional delivery

You will travel with a small, focused production team (3 people total), requiring maturity, autonomy, and strong communication skills.

This role is ideal for a Junior Event Manager or Event Coordinator ready to step up into greater responsibility.

✅ Requirements

• Must be based in the Los Angeles, California area
• 1–3 years experience in event coordination or event management
• Experience managing volunteers or small teams preferred
• Basic DJ experience a plus
• Valid Passport with ability to travel internationally
• Valid Driver License
• Available from late August through mid-November
• Comfortable with physically active onsite work (setup/teardown)
