Own NA growth operations for an AI Agent product by turning developer and business-user insights into localized use cases, content, and community programs that accelerate activation and retention.

Own NA content ops, influencer partnerships, channel programs, and developer community operations to test growth motions.
Track AI model developments and the Agent ecosystem in Silicon Valley to inform product direction and NA strategy.
Build NA-focused use cases from user research and close the feedback loop with NA developers and business users.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own NA growth operations for an AI Agent product, including content operations, influencer/KOL partnerships, channel operations, and developer community operations to validate growth motions.
Continuously track AI model developments and the Agent ecosystem in Silicon Valley; deliver trend analysis and competitive intelligence to support product direction and market strategy in NA.
Develop NA-focused use cases and templates from user research and market insight, and close the product feedback loop with North American developers, knowledge workers, and business users.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in growth operations, business analysis, content operations, or community operations; hands-on NA market experience preferred.
Deep understanding of the AI/LLM product ecosystem with ability to produce competitive analysis and trend reports.
Hands-on experience in content, community, and influencer/KOL operations with independent campaign execution capability.
Familiar with AI products, developer tools, and SaaS growth and operations models.
Strong data sensitivity and insight delivery ability to optimize operations based on activation, retention, and usage data.
Experience collaborating with China-based teams.

Preferred

Experience at a high tech company or AI startup.
Experience driving developer community operations or cold-start growth for a technical product.
Experience with Product Hunt, Hacker News, or similar channel launches and operations.
