Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store at our partnered retail and warehouse locations to promote home improvement services.
• Generate qualified appointments / leads by either identifying homeowners interested in our offerings and scheduling appointments for our sales team OR entering customers into a general raffle drawing for a $200 / $400 gift card.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and rapport with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using provided tools.
• Represent our brand professionally within a retail and warehouse environment.

Requirements

• You must be 17 or older
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Reliable transportation (Personal vehicle preferred) - open to commuting for events
• Ability to work independently, confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting marketing and lead generation goals.
