Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers and educational materials throughout the community.
• Engage respectfully with individuals who may be seeking help for substance use or mental health concerns.
• Collect contact information from individuals requesting more information about treatment services.
• Visit local businesses, recovery-friendly organizations, community events, and approved outreach locations.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and potential client contacts.
• Represent our organization professionally and compassionately at all times.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for helping others is highly valued.
