As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive individual to support our leadership team while helping build the systems, training programs, and organizational infrastructure that support a high-performance remote company.

This is not a traditional internship. You will work directly with leadership, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands-on experience in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), operations, instructional design, team development, and business systems.

What You'll DoOrganizational Operations Support

• Assist with daily operational coordination and team accountability
• Help track projects, deadlines, and action items
• Support meeting preparation and documentation
• Coordinate follow-ups and communication across departments
• Maintain organized systems, records, and company resources
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities

Learning & Development Support

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Transform meeting recordings into training materials
• Assist with onboarding documentation and employee resources
• Organize company knowledge bases and learning resources
• Support internal training and development initiatives

Organizational Effectiveness Support

• Assist with team accountability systems
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Help improve communication workflows and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Contribute ideas that help the organization operate more effectively

Special Projects

• Support leadership with strategic initiatives
• Assist with AI-enhanced workflow development
• Participate in projects that improve scalability and organizational performance
