Job Summary

Own the organic social engine with end-to-end ownership of strategy, content, and measurement across SeatGeek’s live-events audience on major platforms.

  • Growth and ownership: own strategy, calendar, and platform-specific approaches that compound reach and engagement.
  • Content and storytelling: produce platform-native, real-time content tied to events and culture that sparks interaction.
  • Proof and influence: track performance, prove impact on reach and brand equity, and evangelize best practices across teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own organic social channels end-to-end: strategy, content, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X.
  • Develop a cohesive organic strategy aligned with brand goals; define channel approaches, pillars, cadence, and growth tactics.
  • Ideate and produce culturally relevant, platform-native content tied to live events and culture to drive engagement.
  • Identify real-time opportunities for reactive content and community engagement to keep SeatGeek in conversations.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video using self-shot footage or assets, with strong storytelling and platform-native formats.
  • Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Own community engagement; respond to comments and DMs to turn fans into advocates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, PR, and creative to support campaigns and launches.
  • Build and manage a content calendar balancing planned campaigns and real-time moments across multiple platforms.
  • Serve as the internal organic social expert, sharing platform insights and educating stakeholders on what moves the needle.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in organic social and content strategy, ideally at an e-commerce brand; sports/live events or ticketing a plus.
  • Scrappy, independent work ethic; comfortable working fast and wearing multiple hats.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing a content calendar across platforms and campaigns.
  • Fluent in internet culture; able to translate trends into native-sounding content.
  • Passion for live entertainment and sports, with instinct for real-time moments.
  • Data-first mindset with fluency in analytics and reporting outcomes to business goals.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams and enforcing brand guidelines while pushing for fresh, platform-native formats.
  • Deep familiarity with social search and AI discovery surfaces; proactive about optimization.
  • Hands-on content creation experience (CapCut, Premiere) and ability to produce as producer/director/talent.
Preferred
  • Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is a strong plus
