Job Summary

Own and optimize the organic social engine across multiple channels, balancing planning, publishing, community engagement, and a growing formats library to feed paid and inform strategy.

  • Organic content operations: plan, publish, maintain a weekly calendar and library of formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and X.
  • Community engagement and advocacy: reply to DMs and comments, surface top fans and user-generated content, and nurture engaged customers.
  • Cross-functional feedback and measurement: surface organic winners to paid, relay learnings for testing, and own weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
