Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing clear guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance environment
• Oversee daily team operations including account inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and customer satisfaction participate in recruiting efforts to build a talented and diverse team while staying on task and available to work any other position if required
• Manage employee orientation, training, and development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth
• Handle daily team meeting to boost morale inside workplace
• Monitor purchasing activities, pricing strategies, and sales management to maximize profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing escalated issues promptly and maintaining high standards of communication and phone etiquette

Skills

LEADERSHIP/TEAM RETENTION SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong leadership with proven supervising experience in retail or similar environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively
• Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee orientation techniques
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
• Proficient in retail math, marketing strategies, and retail sales techniques
• Experience with inventory management systems, team retention techniques, team building procedures, and data entry software
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of marketing/advertising operations or wireless sales is a plus but not required
• Ability to train staff in customer service excellence, sales techniques, stock management, and safety protocols
• Strong time management skills coupled with administrative experience to handle scheduling and record-keeping effectively
