Location: Austin, TX (Requires local travel/reliable vehicle)

Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Status: Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099) with potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position.

Schedule: Approximately 25–30 hours per week (Targeting 5–6 hours daily, M–F)

Levitate Foundry is a boutique marketing agency based in Austin, Texas, looking for a sharp, high-energy assistant to act as the primary right hand to our CEO. This is a dual-support role where your first priority is ensuring the CEO’s daily professional and personal operations run smoothly across her various projects, while also working closely with our Operations Manager on agency-specific tasks.

If you are someone who naturally stays several steps ahead, catches the small details, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, you will be a great fit. This is currently a 1099 role, but we are looking for a long-term partner who has the ambition and capability to grow into a permanent, full-time position as the agency expands.

• Executive Support (Primary Focus): Work directly with the CEO at Levitate Foundry to manage a high-volume calendar and schedule appointments across multiple time zones. You will follow up on important emails, set personal appointments, and handle various personal tasks and projects as needed to ensure her day runs smoothly.
• Agency Operations: Collaborate with the Operations Manager on critical agency workflows. This includes polishing sales decks, drafting client contracts, and assisting with the onboarding process for new clients.
• Local Logistics & Errands: Act as the "boots on the ground" in Austin for both the agency and the CEO personally. You will handle essential local tasks like mail runs, picking up lunch, and grabbing supplies to keep both the business and the CEO’s day-to-day moving seamlessly.
• Client & Admin Coordination: Assist with the administrative side of client relations, ensuring documents are signed and filed correctly, and managing general digital organization for the agency.
• Problem Solving: Seeing a gap and filling it—whether that's finding a more efficient way to handle a recurring task or anticipating a scheduling conflict before it happens.

• You live in the Austin area, know your way around the city, and have a reliable vehicle for daily errands.
• Prior experience assisting a CEO or founder is a significant plus.
• A background in marketing is a plus but not required.
• You are comfortable managing complex schedules and appointments across different time zones.
• You are proficient with AI tools and have a genuine willingness to learn new software and platforms as needed.
• The ability to work autonomously and take initiative without constant direction is a huge plus.
• You have excellent written communication skills for handling email follow-ups and professional documents.
• You bring high energy to your work and notice the small details that others might miss.
• You understand the importance of discretion and privacy when handling professional and personal information.
