The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Project Management Team. This is a part-time remote position of approximately 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday from 2PM to 5PM PST / 3PM to 6PM MST, ideal for someone who communicates with professionalism, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to delivering a seamless client experience every time.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a professional point of contact for inbound client communications
• Document and organize client request details accurately and relay to the Project Management Team
• Monitor and respond to communications across phone, email, and Slack in a timely and professional manner
• Track order statuses in Monday.com and escalate any concerns or discrepancies to the appropriate team member

• Agency or real estate experience a plus
