Responsibilities

Own Learning Care’s Marketing Data Domain end-to-end, serving as the primary partner for Marketing stakeholders and aligning business priorities, governance standards, and technology capabilities.
Design, build, and support marketing data pipelines, integrations, and data models across Microsoft Fabric, Google BigQuery, and related platforms.
Own the operational health and continuous improvement of Learning Care’s marketing data platforms, integrations, and data products.
Own marketing data products, certified datasets, and semantic models that support trusted analytics and self-service reporting for Marketing and BI teams.
Establish and maintain governance, stewardship, metadata, and lineage standards for marketing data, and implement data quality monitoring, validation, and remediation processes.
Lead resolution of recurring data quality and integration issues and support enterprise data governance initiatives.
Partner across business, technical, and vendor teams to onboard new data sources, translate business requirements into scalable technical capabilities, and promote adoption of governed data products and self-service analytics.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in data engineering, computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related discipline is required, including marketing domain experience supporting customer acquisition, lead generation, enrollment attribution, reporting, or customer journey analytics.
No specific license or certification is required for this role.

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance and cataloging tools is preferred.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or modern data delivery practices is preferred.
Experience with data observability, monitoring, and operational support frameworks is preferred.
Relevant Microsoft, Google Cloud, or other data platform certifications are preferred.
