Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.    

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying documents.

Skills

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency with office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
