Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Momentum & Energy Lead.

This role is responsible for helping maintain a positive, engaging, and high-energy office environment that supports team morale, workplace culture, and overall office momentum throughout the day.

This is NOT a sales position.

This role does not involve selling products or services, working with customers, or meeting sales quotas. The focus of this position is entirely centered around office culture, team engagement, motivation, and maintaining a strong workplace atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who naturally brings positive energy into a room, enjoys working around people, and thrives in fast-paced team environments.

• Help maintain a positive and energetic office atmosphere

• Support employee engagement and team morale throughout the day

• Assist with creating a fun, motivating, and productive workplace environment

• Help encourage teamwork, communication, and positivity within the office

• Recognize team accomplishments, milestones, and workplace achievements

• Assist with office engagement activities and culture initiatives

• Support leadership in maintaining strong office momentum and morale
