Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive admissions to our nursing facility
- Collaborate with the leadership team to stay up-to-date on changing industry trends and regulations, and adapt marketing efforts accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community partners to generate leads and promote our services
- Must be able to participate in events and post social media content about the events and activities within the facility.
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics to track progress and inform future strategies
- Participate in community events and educational programs to promote our facility and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
