1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits
Earn $13.00-$17.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Opportunity for a performance and attendance-based pay increase after 90 days

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll help seniors continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes by:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Preparing meals and helping with feeding when needed
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
Completing light housekeeping and laundry
Running errands and assisting with shopping
Offering medication reminders
Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and overall well-being
Keeping accurate care notes and communicating with the office team
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic caregiving and household management skills
Availability to work at least 10 hours per week
Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on client needs
Previous caregiving, healthcare, home care, or CNA experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right candidates
