Job Summary

Own and drive the North America marketing strategy to fuel growth, align with sales, and boost product adoption and renewals across education segments.

  • Lead regional marketing plans and GTM initiatives aligned to revenue and retention goals.
  • Partner with sales and Customer Success to enable growth, adoption, and expansions.
  • Represent the NA market in global planning and product launches, providing market feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the North America marketing strategy aligned to regional revenue, growth, and retention objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Translate regional priorities into actionable marketing plans executed through the Global Marketing Center of Excellence.
  • Serve as the voice of the North American market within global planning and product launch discussions.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to support new business growth across all education segments.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive product adoption, renewals, and customer expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and refine sales enablement resources, messaging, and market insights.
  • Lead regional execution of major product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns, events, webinars, and customer communications reflect regional market needs.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and global marketing teams regarding customer response, objections, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience within EdTech, education publishing, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with sales organizations to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience supporting both acquisition and customer expansion initiatives.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of the K–12 education market is a plus; experience in higher education is also a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, sales planning, and regional business activities.
