978 Jerseys NIL is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NIL Product & Content Coordinator to help launch and manage athlete collections across our e-commerce and social platforms.
This is a contract-based role with flexible workload that varies throughout the year based on athlete launches and seasonal demand.
We are specifically looking for someone who has a strong passion for college sports — whether you’re a fan, athlete, or current college student — and wants to be involved in the growing NIL space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload athlete products to Shopify and Printful
- Customize jerseys and apparel with athlete names and numbers
- Build and launch athlete collections on the website
- Create and format Instagram posts and promotional graphics
- Ensure product listings are accurate (titles, descriptions, tags, variants)
- Maintain brand consistency across all athlete collections
Qualifications:
- MUST be located in the United States
- Passion for college athletics / NIL space
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow systems and complete tasks independently
- Experience with Shopify, Printful, or design tools is a plus (not required)
