Job Summary

Own and operate as a field ambassador at branded retail locations, driving lead generation, education, and appointment setting for the sales team across weekend retail shifts.

Manage on-site lead generation at multiple retail locations
Set appointments for the Sales team and educate homeowners

Job Description

Responsibilities

In this position, you will work full-time at a branded booth at different retail locations to act as a lead generator by building rapport and getting future customers educated and excited about our world-class, custom windows and doors.
Generate leads and appointments at Retail spaces
Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
Set appointment with potential customers to meet with our Sales team

Requirements

Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
Reliable transportation to and from retail locations
Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred
