Own event and retail lead generation and frontline conversations with homeowners to educate on Renewal by Andersen products, while handling booth setup and logistics.

Event Gen and appointment generation at trade shows, fairs, festivals, home shows, and retail sources.
Direct homeowner conversations to educate on products and book qualified leads.
On-site booth prep and takedown, materials transport, and setup logistics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.

Requirements

Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Preferred

Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
