Job Description

Responsibilities

Own Meta Ads accounts for healthcare and aesthetic medicine clients in the US, UK, and UAE
Build, test, and scale campaigns focused on booked consultations - not lead volume
Write and brief ad creative that speaks to procedure-specific buyer intent
Work with the qualification and follow-up process so ad leads actually convert
Report on cost per booked consultation, not just cost per lead
Identify what is working, kill what isn't, and document both

Requirements

2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience
Direct experience with international markets (US, UK, or UAE) - this is non-negotiable
Ability to explain a campaign you personally managed: spend, targeting approach, creative angle, result, and what you changed
Understanding that healthcare marketing is different from e-commerce - longer cycles, compliance considerations, qualification matters more than volume
