You will own Meta Ads campaigns for an aesthetics/healthcare brand, driving performance through data-driven optimization, landing-page improvements, and policy-compliant advertising in a Miami on-site role.
- Lead Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results and optimize performance
- Collaborate with the on-site team in Miami and ensure compliance with health advertising policies
- Analyze data using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to drive conversions and ROAS

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of Meta's advertising restrictions for health-related ads.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion best practices.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
- Available to work on-site in Miami.

- Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or healthcare preferred.
