Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation and performance marketing
Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing data and adjusting creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget to hit CPA/ROAS targets
Collaborate with internal and freelance creative teams to develop and test new ad content
Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to drive better results
Identify new audience segments, market trends, and ad formats to boost performance
Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, CTAs, audiences, and placements
Work cross-functionally with the sales, strategy, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
Stay up to date with Meta ad platform updates, best practices, and algorithm changes

Requirements

1–3 years of experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, especially for direct response or lead generation
Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $100K+
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including custom and lookalike audiences, pixel tracking, and CAPI integration
Creative insight—able to guide and review static and video creative performance
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or Meta’s reporting tools
Experience with retargeting, funnel building, and lead nurturing strategies
Self-motivated, highly organized, and performance-driven
Background in solar, home services, or financial services is a plus
