Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client Meta ad accounts, including strategy, setup, launch, and daily optimization
• Build and manage campaigns, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies across Facebook and Instagram
• Plan and run creative tests with our video and design team, and turn the results into clear next steps
• Monitor performance every day and act quickly on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and frequency
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and events
• Write clear weekly reports and lead regular calls with clients
• Spot growth opportunities and recommend how to scale budgets responsibly

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
• A track record of profitably scaling accounts, with real numbers you can talk through
• Experience managing at least $200K a month in combined ad spend
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, the Pixel, and Conversions API
• A testing mindset and an understanding of what makes ad creative perform
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting, and explaining results to clients
• Excellent communication and organization, plus the ability to manage several accounts at once

Preferred

• Experience with lead generation, especially for legal, healthcare, or other high-value services
• Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
• Familiarity with CRMs, landing page tools, and call tracking
• Agency or consulting experience
