Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive membership and program growth through strategic outreach, engagement, and conversion efforts
- Oversee introductory experiences for prospective members and ensure timely, effective follow-up
- Guide prospects through next steps, including discovery conversations and enrollment
- Monitor and optimize conversion pipelines and performance
- Own the day-to-day member experience from onboarding through renewal
- Serve as a primary point of contact for member support and relationship building
- Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Ensure new members feel connected and supported within their first 30 days
- Support and grow professional development programs, including enrollment, progression, and completion
- Track program metrics and guide members through advancement pathways
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint & Excel.
