Job Summary

This role supports the Member Relations Director by delivering hospitality at the front desk while also helping with social media and event content. It focuses on guest service, event coordination, and basic content creation. The position emphasizes collaboration with the Social Media Manager and clarified that it does not replace that role.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests professionally and by name
  • Manage reservations and member inquiries
  • Serve as a proactive hospitality ambassador
  • Protect the Club’s service standards at the front desk
  • Assist with promotion of social and dining events with Member Relations Director
  • Track RSVPs and participation metrics
  • Coordinate event reminders and internal communication
  • Help organize event recap materials and photos
  • Assist with posting content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Capture photos and short video content during events

Requirements

  • Hospitality-minded and member-focused
  • Confident and polished communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable being visible and engaging
  • Organized and detail-oriented; takes initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience posting to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to take quality photos and short videos using a smartphone
  • Basic understanding of brand voice and audience engagement

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
  • Private club or hospitality experience a plus
