Responsibilities

• Social Media & Marketing
• - Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• - Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, videos, and promotional content.
• - Assist with content planning and maintaining a consistent social media calendar.
• - Capture photos and videos of the medspa, services, products, team, and events while maintaining appropriate client privacy.
• - Write engaging captions and marketing copy that aligns with the Amerejuve brand.
• - Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages and respond professionally.
• - Help increase followers, engagement, leads, and appointment inquiries through social media.
• - Assist with promotions, campaigns, email marketing, SMS marketing, and special events.
• - Coordinate with providers and management to identify opportunities for new content and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media, marketing, administrative support, front desk, customer service, or a related role .
• Experience managing business social media accounts is strongly preferred.
• Experience creating short-form video content/Reels/TikToks is a strong plus.
• Experience in a medspa, medical aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and representing the brand professionally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
