Body+Beauty Lab is an established med spa with two locations in Pennsylvania, offering facials, advanced skin care, and injectables with a focus on natural, conservative results. We're a collaborative team that values open communication and takes care of each other as much as we take care of our clients.

Location & Schedule
Full-time front desk role at our Radnor clinic (595 E Lancaster Ave, Saint Davids, PA 19087). Tuesday–Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of the clinic — first call, first hello, first impression
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up for facials, skin care, and injectable consultations
• Handle multi-line phones and turn inquiries into booked consultations
• Process transactions, client records, and gift certificate sales
• Keep the reception area and retail boutique looking sharp

Client Education & Sales

• Know our services inside and out — facials, advanced skin protocols, injectables
• Recommend memberships and retail products based on what each client actually needs
• Hit individual and team sales targets

Operations & Team Support

• Coordinate clinical staff scheduling so the day runs on time
• Help with inventory, stocking, and boutique organization
• Join staff meetings and training
• Support events, promotions, and local marketing
• Help onboard and mentor new front desk hires

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a medical spa, luxury spa, or upscale hospitality/retail (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with aesthetic injectables and terminology (strongly preferred)
• Experience with scheduling/practice management software (strongly preferred)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
