Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Client Care - Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Front Desk & Client Care - Manage scheduling, follow-ups, cancellations, and appointment coordination
• Front Desk & Client Care - Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Front Desk & Client Care - Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in clinic systems
• Front Desk & Client Care - Track referrals, incoming reports, and communication from physicians and insurers
• Front Desk & Client Care - Confidently manage front desk operations during assigned shifts
• Insurance & Financial Coordination - Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits
• Insurance & Financial Coordination - Explain coverage details, copayments, deductibles, and visit limits to patients
• Insurance & Financial Coordination - Collect copayments and manage patient payments at the time of service
• Insurance & Financial Coordination - Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients when needed

Requirements

• Experience in a medical front desk or healthcare administrative role
• Comfortable discussing insurance coverage, copayments, and payment expectations with patients
• Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Strong comfort with computers and web-based systems
• Interest or experience in marketing, communications, or content creation
