Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead omni-channel media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct audience, competitive, and industry research to inform media planning and optimization
  • Determine strategic media mixes using research tools and data insights
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimizations
  • Manage budgets, media authorizations, vendor relationships, and billing reconciliation
  • Dive deep into campaign data, uncover performance stories, and translate insights into smart optimizations and forward-thinking recommendations
  • Stay current on media trends, emerging channels, and new opportunities
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Collaborate with account leadership to maintain positive client relations. Expertly articulate campaign strategies and media performance

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of paid media planning experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Experience with media research tools (e.g., MRI, GWI, Vivvix) and planning platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and media planning tools (Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Experience in travel and tourism is a plus
