Job Summary

Own TCP strategy and cross functional alignment, set activation KPIs, and drive real time optimization across campaigns with agency management and social media know how to move market performance.

  • Own TCP strategy and cross-team alignment to execute long term plans and meet business objectives.
  • Lead activation plans with media partners, KPI setting, and real time optimization and post campaign learning.
  • Coordinate with global peers, manage agencies, and leverage social media tools to improve market performance.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to develop multi-year TCP marketing strategy, considering must win territories and key initiatives for long term success, working closely with broader marketing teams
  • Identify competitive environment, partners, opportunity areas, etc… and together with TCP managers, propose the activation plans and KPIs
  • Teach and support mkt teams to have a one vision approach (TCP) and create one common language to develop successful plans (focus in business objective when talk with business teams)
  • Brief and plan (With Media Partners) TCP campaigns, optimising on real time until it´s end. Also in charge of driving Final report from each campaign (deeply technical check to learn and change).
  • Be able to deeply analyse campaigns activities to adapt and improve in real time
  • Manage agencies (Digital & Media) for your market/brands/categories.
  • Key point of knowledge in Social Media profiles and tools.
