Job Summary

Own and coordinate digital media planning and cross-team collaboration to turn client briefs into executable campaigns, ensuring accurate specs, feasible media buys, and timely delivery across RFPs, proposals, and in-flight campaigns.

  • Media Planning & Execution: translate client goals into media plans in MediaLab and client templates with clear KPIs and feasible timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Marketing, Branded Content, and Ad Ops to align on proposals, inventory, and approvals.
  • Operational Readiness: complete budgets, specs, insert orders, and post-sale updates to keep revenue-generating initiatives on track.

Job Description

Own and coordinate digital media planning and cross-team collaboration to turn client briefs into executable campaigns, ensuring accurate specs, feasible media buys, and timely delivery across RFPs, proposals, and in-flight campaigns.

  • Responsibilities: Support Sales with day-to-day RFP/RFI submissions.
  • Responsibilities: Participate in brainstorming sessions with internal teams to develop client proposals.
  • Responsibilities: Build strategic media plans in MediaLab and client templates with a focus on execution feasibility and client KPIs.
  • Responsibilities: Work with Ad Ops to confirm inventory and forecast availability for client proposals.
  • Responsibilities: Fill out internal budget sheets and client-facing ad specs documents to accompany media plans.
  • Responsibilities: Respond to spec questions and media plan inquiries from clients and internal teams.
  • Responsibilities: Revise media plans based on client feedback and budget adjustments.
  • Responsibilities: Support Account Management with campaign implementation tasks, including I/O creation and order inputs.
  • Responsibilities: Prepare for and attend internal kick-off calls, presenting media plan and social distribution elements to stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities: Support administrative tasks related to revenue-generating initiatives.
