Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for a Media Genie Platform Education Intern. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of educational materials, supporting users with platform training, conducting research to improve user experience, and collaborating with the team to enhance content and resources. The intern will also assist with day-to-day operations and contribute to projects aimed at maximizing platform engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creating training materials and explaining concepts clearly.
- Experience in conducting research and analyzing data to improve user education materials.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital tools, and automation technologies is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience with educational or training initiatives is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
