Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid social campaigns and lead performance, testing, measurement and proactivity across optimization, audiences and creative to drive revenue and brand outcomes.

  • Own campaign structure, pacing and delivery for an assigned portfolio.
  • Lead creative testing and translate results into repeatable recommendations.
  • Deliver weekly performance narratives tying platform results to funnel and CRM outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Independently build, launch and manage paid social campaigns end to end, including structure, audiences, placements, budgets, bidding, scheduling and quality assurance.
  • Own delivery, pacing, frequency and performance for an assigned portfolio; diagnose creative fatigue, audience saturation, auction and delivery issues, and take corrective action within approved parameters.
  • Resolve complex campaign or measurement problems, including situations where precedent is limited; assess tradeoffs, document decisions and escalate material business, brand or investment risks.
  • Lead the paid social creative testing calendar. Design structured tests across hooks, formats, offers and audiences; interpret results; and convert findings into repeatable recommendations.
  • Brief and partner with Creative on social-native assets, translating platform performance into clear direction for specifications, aspect ratios, motion, messaging and rotation.
  • Build and govern matched, retargeting, lookalike, interest and suppression audiences in coordination with the ABM program to improve relevance and prevent duplicate account exposure.
  • Maintain campaign measurement integrity, including UTM standards, conversion events, form and lead-object mapping, and troubleshooting with Marketing Operations.
  • Deliver weekly performance narratives that explain what changed, why it changed, business implications and recommended next actions; connect platform results to available funnel and CRM outcomes.
  • Monitor platform changes, formats and beta programs; recommend and lead practical process or campaign improvements, document best practices and provide guidance to less-experienced colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related area.
  • 4+ years experience running paid social campaigns in-house or at an agency. B2B experience is preferred, but strong B2C performance social candidates with analytical rigor are worth interviewing.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and at least one other social ads manager, with campaigns they personally built and optimized.
  • Demonstrated comfort with daily optimization work, and with reading performance data at small sample sizes without overreacting to noise.
  • A genuine interest in creative.
  • Organized and documentation-minded, with testing rigor
  • Familiarity with UTM and conversion tracking conventions, and willingness to be trained on ABM and CRM measurement.

Preferred

  • 6+ years of experience running paid social campaigns
  • Extensive experience in the technology industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.

  • Lumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.
