Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the planning and preparation of video production projects, including coordinating schedules, securing locations, and organizing equipment.
  • Provides general administrative support, such as preparing content for meetings, taking meeting notes, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Manages and updates projects in Adobe Workfront.
  • Assists with filming and editing.
  • Manages logistics including confirming talent and locations, working with set designers, production crew and others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assists with setting up and breaking down equipment and lights for shoots.
  • Prepares and organizes production materials, props and equipment.
  • Conducts research for projects and creates talking points.
  • Assists in developing key messaging, content ideas, and script concepts to support social media and television productions.
  • Troubleshoots in the office, on the set and in the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in media, production, marketing or related field, required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Associates’ degree or certification in film, television production, or related field, preferred.
  • Knowledge of television production processes and industry standards.
  • Previous experience in a production assistant role or similar.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront.
