Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the media campaign operations and project delivery.
Help to drive the entire process of media plan implementation from initiation to completion and analysis; ensuring achievements, deliverables, and budgets are met.
Facilitate communication across internal and external teams across both domestic and global teams to maintain alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Support billing, budgeting, and tracking processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with strategy and media teams to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable next steps.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement scalable solutions that enhance operational workflow.
Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proactively addressing issues or opportunities.

Requirements

3-5+ years of relevant work experience in digital media, integrated marketing, project management, or account management.
Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and reporting fundamentals.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills are critical.
Experience working with global brands and coordinating with partner agencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client and business needs.
Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment.
