The Mass Media Office Assistant supports the Office Coordinator and the mass media faculty.

Essential Functions:
Manage Mass Media's D2L space
Greet visitors to the office in a friendly and courteous manner
Assist with planning and executing department events such as the scholarship party, the incoming student party, the WIFI Film Festival, etc.
Aid with clerical tasks such as file management, mail delivery, tracking supply inventory, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled at Washburn University.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and D2L.
