Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform workloads, translating strategy into native journey architectures, triaging issues, and delivering data-driven improvements across AEP, AJO, and CJA.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience, validation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO or AJO B2B), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Translate campaign strategies into platform-native journey architectures, defining entry criteria, branching logic, channel sequencing, and exit conditions
  • Lead platform issue triage and resolution, working directly with Adobe technical teams on P0/P1 defects, patches, and production readiness gates
  • Configure and maintain data ingestion pipelines, schema design (XDM), datasets, merge policies, destination syncs, and CJA reporting dashboards
  • Configure, test, and launch automated campaigns, reporting, and list segmentation within MarTech Platform
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges across platforms, design and implement solutions to overcome integration and performance issues
  • Understand complex business problems, relate them to platform capabilities, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes
  • Build and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging Adobe's AI Agent ecosystem and MCP server architecture to optimize marketing operations, automate workflows, and reduce manual intervention across the platform
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to leadership, synthesizing platform performance, adoption metrics, and opportunity analysis into clear narratives

Requirements

  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or Customer Data Platform roles
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP, AJO/AJO B2B, and CJA
  • 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), including campaign configuration, lead scoring, nurture programs, and API integrations
  • Deep expertise in identity resolution architecture, XDM schema design, data ingestion (batch and streaming), merge policies, and audience segmentation

Preferred

  • Experience performing complex business case analysis to justify technical decisions and presenting the justification to management in a high-level review
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and paid media platform integrations
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, CJA, or equivalent)
  • Data fluency, including ability to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, perform root cause analysis, and present insights to executive audiences
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP Developer or Architect) or Marketo Certified Expert
  • Experience defining and implementing data governance frameworks and identity strategies across complex, multi-system environments
